Internal education programme development (Client: Large Pharma - 6 months)
Created the commercial supply chain relevant components of the company-wide supply chain academy. The demand for the programme was so huge, we had to select the first set of candidates for the 3-day programme and it is still very successful in the company.

- Successfully managed the end-to-end transformation and procurement & supply management capability improvement through the integrated ERP implementation (SAP and SAP Ariba integration).
- Supervised the change implementation including managing key VP stakeholders and 3rd party service providers (SAP / SAP Ariba & Accenture teams).
- Delivered an update on the company’s Target Operating Model on how to align their P&SM strategy with their TOM, process landscape and organisational capabilities.

This project was part of a global supply transformation programme. Introduced regional supply network planning and improved capacity utilisation and external supply relationships for EMEA & Globally for their OTC/Consumer Health Products portfolio.
